HGP Conductive Sponge

The omni-directional conductive sponge is a composite material prepared by electrodeposition of conductive metals on the polymer polyurethane foam sponge. It has the characteristics of uniform pore size, soft, great resilience, strong corrosion resistance, and has a certain ability to resist electromagnetic interference.

As the sponge has large elastic variation, it has a good shockproof and buffering effect and hence it is suitable for occasions with limited capacity and closing pressure. It is especially suitable for applications requiring high performance shielding with good fit performance such as electronic chassis, cabinets, indoor chassis, industrial equipment, notebook computers, mobile communication equipment, tablet computers, etc.

Conductive sponge can be used directly with conductive adhesive or used after bonding with conductive cloth througERRh conductive adhesive on the back to achieve omni-directional conductivity.
