HGP Conductive Fabrics

Our production of conductive fabrics adopts the process of depositing copper and nickel metal layers on the polyester fabric substrate. The product has superior conductivity and electromagnetic shielding effect.

Surface treatment of anti-oxidation and blackening is available.

The products can be processed to shielding lining, die-cut materials and electromagnetic shielding conductive liners, etc. In addition, they are suitable for various occasions of electromagnetic shielding, anti-static and grounding. Main applications include electronic products, communications, medical, military, aerospace and other industries.

230T plain-woven conductive fabrics

This product is made of polyester triangle wire (50dx50d) Poly Trilobal, 36f wire as the fabric base. The metal film is formed by PVD and the following electroplating to form 5 layers of composite metal film.

The metal film of our product has great adhesion, excellent curing performance, high electromagnetic shielding effectiveness, which makes it an ideal EMI material for smart phones, liquid crystal displays and other electronic products, as well as wearable devices.
